30 before 30 Challange # 1

As I was looking over my 30 before 30 list, I decided that I would tackle #23. Start and Finish the 30 day Shred but in addition, I would also join the #eatclean ladies and try 30 days of eating clean + the shred.
What is about this year that has inspired so many women to think about being healthy? Maybe it's just the women in my life but I am seriously impressed by the overwhelming amount of folks who are part of the #eatclean movement. A few key inspirations are @Bubblegarm and @ebrushkaaa, both amazing bloggers who earlier this year decided to create "food diary" accounts on Instagram @officialfooddiary and @eattrainbefit and have left a mark

Today, I am on DAY 3 and am really proud of myself for sticking with it
Day 1: Early Morning 30 Day Shred Level 1
Day 2: Late afternoon 30 Day Shred Level 1 + Jog/Walk
Day 3: Early Morning 30 Day Shred + Jog/Walk

Inspiration is always required...when making decisions to change your lifestyle, so I thought I would share a few of mine.

My 30 before 30 list

So, It’s the day before my 29th birthday. I’m not sure how I feel about it… part of me feels like I should have accomplished so much more by now - the other half feels like I’ve come a long way. A year from now - I’ll be turning 30, and that definitely feels like a milestone. So instead of wondering what this birthday could mean, I’ve decided to focus on what I’d like my next birthday to mean.
